Conveniently located via Route 39 just an hour and twenty minutes from NYC. Driveway can fit multiple vehicle's. Plenty of room if you are towing a boat, Jet-skis, quads, RV's or anything at all. One of the kayaks is a two person great if you have children with you so everyone can enjoy the water. You can also take them 1 mile down the road to Candlewood Lake where there is also a boat launch.

In the outdoor storage bin there are 2 beach chairs, a golf chipping mat and net targets, as well as water floats and tubes for the lake. There are more regular folding chairs on the deck. Board games are included as well in the cabinet next to the back door cabinet as you walk in the home.

Which is also a rental on VRBO, other guests could be seen or pass through to bring the kayaks down to the beach. The other cottage has its own driveway on another road on Rt39 so you do not share a driveway or anything at all.
