“We had an amazing time at this perfect cabin/cottage/camp. It was a very relaxing stay. Roxanne thought of everything. We felt at home and had everything we needed while we were there! “The location was perfect for our stay. The cabin had everything we needed. The Host was responsive to all issues and questions we had. The cabin is on a dirt road that is steep in places. (Many roads in VT are dirt/gravel roads). No problems for us. We enjoyed our stay.”

“The property is in a prime location on Lake Champlain. We brought our own kayaks and access to the lake was easy. The house was stocked with everything we would need and the hosts were very attentive. Helpful Info was provided on activities and shopping in the area. One suggestion for future guests is to bring reading lights, since lighting in common areas was rather dim. ”

“Garden Island is a beautiful spot for a family getaway. The island is secluded yet easily accessible, and the availability of canoes, kayaks, and paddleboard makes it even easier to enjoy the area. The staff and other guests were all friendly and helpful, it feels like a community, and even the dogs were all well behaved.
