"Room was disgusting and everything was broken. Sheets had dirt and hair on them. Towels were stiff and smelled bad. They didn't provide toilet paper or ANYTHING! They got mad because I used my points to get a discount on my stay.. The wife is very rude. Another guest told me that the owner has been caught peeking in guest's windowsand going in rooms when guests aren't there and they do NOT provide housekeeping service. The place is absolutely disgusting and the state should come in and investigate the hotel. The owners change the price and harass you. Do NOT stay here if you can help it. "

"This is the cutest old-fashioned house on the lake, the best place to stay. We loved the place. The owner is super nice and such a sweet soul. The house was clean and very comfortable. We will be visiting again. Highly recommended to all."

"We had a great weekend stay! The place was clean and comfortably slept 17 people. The owner was extremely responsive. The kitchen was well stocked and it was helpful to have an additional fridge in the basement. There was a large table that seated everybody. The drive there didn’t have many street lights, but all the roads were paved and there is plenty of parking space at the house. The lake was nice and we enjoyed the canoes and kayaks provided as well as life jackets and beach towels. 12 people could easily sit around the fire pit and there was plenty of firewood. The area was very peaceful and the leaves were really pretty in the fall! "
