“Walking in the room, took my breath away from the smell of must and cigarettes. I walked to the Walgreens to get site freshener. If there were other rooms somewhere else, I would’ve left. The comforter had a yellow stain on the top. Thank goodness I brought my own covers to lay on top. The jacuzzi didn’t work. I was warned at least by the staff. The tub had spider webs all around it. The mirror had not been cleaned. The room was loud from hearing screams on the property. I won’t stay there……

“Check in was not Hampton quality AT ALL. The front desk agent at check in was as upbeat as a tortoise. Desk manners were sub par at best and she was chewing gum exactly like a cow chews. There was no laundry room on site. The fitness center did not have a workout bench, no towels and no wipes(the wipes dispenser was thrown on the floor in a closet. The room and breakfast were good but I had a bad attitude from the check in.”

“I wanted to tell the host privately but our messages were gone. The place looks clean and neat when you come in. The deeper cleaning needs done. One of the guests dropped something and it went under the bed. There was an inch thick of dust under the beds. One room had a bunch of dusty lumber under it. “We stayed in this lovely newer open-concept home for 4 nights/5 days for a recent wedding. Communication was friendly and immediate. We used only one bedroom which has a private bathroom with tub/shower combo but there is a second bedroom with 2 bunks for 4 more people with a full bath. Plenty of seating at the kitchen island and dining room table. Everything we needed was supplied in the kitchen (pots/pans/cooking utensils) and everything was super clean!
