Hotel Key LaGuardia Airport

Super clean hotel. Good parking. Complimentary coffee and snacks in the lobby. For what I paid, this was a great experience. Special mention to the front desk attendant Vinnie who was so helpful shipping an item to me that I had accidentally left behind. Great budget hotel. Would definitely stay again.

I liked that it was small and intimate but the staff and cleanliness was awful. No one changed our sheets and my fiance had to get towels every day from the front desk.

not sure when the hotel was established but it feels like a property that is still in developement although looking around the hotel it does not seem brand new. No details on how to connect to wifi when checed in and nothing in room like a welcome book with any details. easy fixed by supplying on check in or have in welcome guide in room Key card kept dropping room details sometimes 3 or more times in a single day meaning i had to go to room scan card find out its stopped and go back to reception and ask them to fix it. staying for a full week this was very annoying and in the end i resorted to having it fixed before i even went to my room to save me hassle of coming back down. no basic tea or coffee making facilities in room. Coffee is available in a common area at reception but only supply single use plastic cups and paper cups and have a passive agressive message on a sticky note advising to only take one cup and reuse as these cost money. easy fix supply proper cups/mugs and at same time save environment from plastic polloution good points comfy bed nice size TV WIFI is good
