Cheapest in the area and the staff are very helpful! Clean, plenty to eat around the hotel and the subway is nearby for transportation to downtown NYC. Better than paying 3 times as much for a hotel downtown!

My friends said I paid way too much for our room. Hotel is very hard to find, parking is non existent, staff is unable to help with seriously anything, and I'm still waiting a week later for my deposit to come back to me. I would rather stand outside in the cold and tell people to stay away than spend another night.

This hotel is good value for money. It's located a little bit remote, but it's also quiet for a good sleep. Property condition is so so, but I just need to sleep at night. That's all. But I do have concerns - why they still got into my room and did cleaning while I already put up the sign of "Do Not Disturb"? Do not Disturb means Do Not Disturb. Otherwise what's the point of us putting that sign? I had my work laptop in the room and I didn't want people to touch it or be close to it. I hope the management reads our reviews once a while and can train cleaning staff to respect the "Do Not Disturb" sign. Thank you!
