This was a really nice hotel. SO convenient to the Jersey Gardens Mall - walking distance. I really appreciated the body wash and lotion that were affixed to the walls in the bathroom. We had a small issue with our toilet, but maintenance came as soon as I called, and fixed the problem. The staff were friendly and it was an overall comfortable and nice stay.

The close location to the airport and mall was extremely convenient. The hotel is located in a quiet area with minimal traffic. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was much better than expected. I would definitely stay there again.

Our flight was cancelled and needed a hotel for the night which provided shuttle service to and from the airport. This hotel was a short drive to/from the airport and offered a decent breakfast. The staff were very pleasant. The restaurant - Ruby Tuesday was right beside the hotel. A favorite of ours - just walked there for dinner and had great service. Overall - we enjoyed our stay for the night/morning.

My husband stayed here for one night, and his overall experience was okay. The room was decent, but the TV did not work, and the shower did not drain properly, causing water to pool. The staff advised that the airport shuttle is available 24/7; however, they did not clearly explain that the shuttle only drops guests off at the AirTrain rather than directly at the airport terminal. This would have been helpful to know beforehand.

Everything was great. Breakfast was typical: over hard eggs, sausage, toast, cold cereals and oatmeal, etc. I would love to have a magnified small mirror (for shaving or make up) but most places don’t have that. The gym was huge and awesome. The shuttle made the stay extremely convenient.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. One of the best things was the location it was extremely close to the mall, which made shopping and getting around super convenient. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful when it came to giving directions and assisting with anything we needed.
