Comfy beds. Nice breakfast. Great barista with red strands in hair working really hard to serve customer line with myriad Starbucks-like requests. Very efficient, very smart, and very pleasant in Starbucks area. She was fabulous. Give her a big raise.

Two words: Don't bother. The room was noisy as the walls seem thin, and the tap water smells like mold. Various other small and annoying hassles. The lobby is really nice but the room themselves need work. As one of the more pricey options in the area, I won't be staying here again.

the rooms are run down. Some of our outlets didn’t work, outdated TV ( no smart TV to log into streaming options ), tile crumbling, cracked windows, etc. no fridge or microwave, the check in is late at 4pm and we couldn’t check in earlier than 3pm without a $50 charge ( even if the room was ready anyway ). The restaurant menu options for lunch and dinner were super minimal. Restaurant staff were all very nice and doing their best with being clearly short staffed. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was a nice temp and had clear water.

Staff was lazy. I stayed for 1 night and had to catch flight early next morning. I was told the shuttle leaves every 30 mins. We got there 3-4 mins ahead of time around 2.27am. The shuttle was there but the driver missing. Front desk saw us checkout and walk towards the shuttle and didnt bother to call the driver. It took then 20 mins to find the driver. The day we went back to pick up our car, the lazy front desk associate said you can drive to the exit and i will open the door for you. I waited at the parking exit door for 5-10 mins, the buzzer at the exit was not working. So Walked back in and as soon as the associate saw me, she said "oh yeah i forgot i have to buzz u out". All around total fail.
