Night Staff was very rude. There was small cockroach in the rest room. AC didn't work so I had to pack everything and switch rooms. System was down so no keys to get into the room, Front desk has to walk me into the room every time

The breakfast is laughable. Staff was nice but we never got room keys due to Global IT bug. Only hotel staff could let you in the rooms, so the wait was long. There were multiple student athletic teams staying at the hotel, so it was super loud with them horsing around in the halls. Loved how close it was to the airport. I really enjoyed watching the planes.

They were fully booked when we arrived. This was entirely on Expedia's end, not the hotel. They helped us find a different hotel using a different service. This was on 7/19 (during the CrowdStrike mess).

The place was fine for a 3 night stay. The pool was closed, it looked like it was being used for a summer camp which is a strange thing for a hotel to do in the summer.

Non smoking but you can smell weed in the hallway. Bathroom door is broken and crack on the bottom. Front desk is not friendly. Sofa bed is dirty with burnt stain.

Edgar Acevedo went out of his way to make our stay a good as it could possibly be. He helped arrange transportation from hotel to Newark Penn Station and provided detailed directions on how to get to Citi Field. He was very courteous and friendly to me and my son during our stay.
