The hotel is on the airport property, but it took over 1 hour to get there on the airport transportation after baggage claim. Multiple escalators, long stretches of walking, a train ride, and then a hotel shuttle van that arrived after a long wait. Online it said this property had both airport and cruise terminal shuttles. When I asked at check-in about the times for the cruise ship shuttle I was told very rudely by the front desk staff that there was no such thing. She didn't offer any assistance beyond that. I had also booked multiple rooms through Expedia for my family and she seemed annoyed that she had to check us all in together, because they were all on my credit card, but had different last names. I did manage to book an Uber for the following morning to get to the cruise port, not that Hampton Inn helped at all with that. There was also only one option for food delivery and no way to walk anywhere to eat. When I asked about that, the front desk staff said, order from the delivery menu in your room or do Doordash. No assistance for the hotel's address was given, so we ordered from the delivery menu hoping that the food would arrive. When it did get there, my family ate in the free breakfast area, which was closed, because it was the only place we all fit to sit and eat. We weren't sure if it was OK but none of the hotel staff even looked at us, so we figured it was fine and we cleaned up our area before we left.

I had to change travel plans and needed to cancel my reservation. I contacted the hotel 9 days prior to my check in date and they replied nonrefundable. This is a hotel close to the airport which I’m sure they would have had no problem booking. I can understand not refunding less tha 24 hours but 9 days! There should at least be some sort of refund.

Location was great and staff were good; and I spent only a night as my flight was cancelled however still inconvenient as getting to the airport is an issue, secondly only one elevator was working and have to pay for parking Just feel they could make customers feel more valued! Facility needs some upgrading.

You will need an airport shuttle to head to the property. The interval between shuttles could be faster/smaller compared to other hotels (Holiday Inn shuttle was like every 10 to 15 mins). Every other thing was perfect, from room size to the morning buffet breakfast (love the coffee spread) to specific drop-off via the morning shuttle. No amenities around the property though.
