This B&B was in a historic Octagon house just a mile south of Hammondsport. It's a beautiful location and Hammondsport is a great little town. The breakfasts were amazing and they were able to make everything gluten free. I highly recommend this lovely place.

The breakfast was over- the-top! Well stocked with great food!

The facility is beautiful with an outstanding location. Unfortunately, the room was not ready for check in at 3PM as advertised. After several "it will be ready in 30 minutes" responses from the staff, we were finally able to check in at ~4;45. Continental breakfast was advertised to be from 8-10AM. We showed up at ~8:10 and the dining room was still closed because breakfast was not yet set up. Waiting to see if I get the 50% refund back as promised from the front desk for the late check in. Still a beautiful place and would consider giving them another chance for that reason.

Upon check in our room was excruciatingly hot . Maintenance was kind and helpful Chris brought us two box fans . Our downstairs bathroom smelt of urine, The pullout couch had dirty sheets on it , there was no hot water the three times I tried to shower, the dresser up stairs was sticky including the remote , there were crushed chips in the corner of the room.The front desk staff was notified Patty and Zach.Patty was too busy to talk when I asked to speak with management . Zack sent a worker to my room I was handed sheets and cleaner. I asked if he could at least change the sheets and clean the bathroom I was informed that he was not housekeeping and housekeeping left for the evening. I am appalled . My room should have been cleaned properly before check in or at the very least cleaned after I contacted front desk . We have stayed at this resort for the past six or so years for Fourth of July weekend meeting family from out of state . The heart and hospitality of Greek Peak has faded away . This is very unfortunate. My family and I will be finding other accommodations for the Fourth of July weekend. On a positive note the manager Rob from the water park was the only good thing about our trip. I enjoyed watching him walk round and round thru the water park fist bumping everyone and making sure everyone is safe and taken care of . He’s an asset to your company.also the Starbucks girl Kristine? She is kind , caring and helpful. Take notes from her front desk staff !!!!

The place was fine. We will use them again on future ventures to the Finger Lakes.
