“Convenient to park and shopping. Very nice place, quiet, some nice views of the Tablelands from back deck. Buy groceries in Deer Lake or at a local store with much less stocking. Black Spruce restaurant was good but a bit heavy on sauces - (Cod dinner). Hike up partway or all of Gros Morne trail - just 5 miles or so away. Don't miss Discovery Center - excellent geology displays. And Green Point for interest in the Cambrian/Ordovician boundary (for geology nuts like me). Very good kitchen,……

“Our accommodation's were very roomy. There was no TV, but other than that it was very good.”

“Location was perfect for our stay on side by side. But the driveway was quite tricky for 3 vehicles hauling trailers. It was steep and needs a little repair. The heated floors in the bathrooms were fabulous! The house was large and had a beautiful view of the river. The owner also allowed us to check in at 12pm instead of 3pm.However, the refrigerator was leaking and we had to take everything out a couple of times to dry it out.
