“The pub is friendly with good food and staff.
The separate block which houses the bedrooms looks boring but the bedrooms inside are incredibly beautiful. I enjoyed underfloor heating in the bathroom and the lovely views of the countryside. ”

“You get what you pay for here . Very helpful staff . A clean room could do with an update ,
older style mattress but still comfortable , A quiet pub in a tucked away location and it has all you need quiet room ,T.V , a good shower , Tea and coffee , an ok bed . Bit like staying at an older relative, I will go back and use it again.”

“Honestly could not fault this place at all. Staff very welcoming and attentive. If things were not available in your room they would be more than happy to help and provide eg. Iron and Iron Board.
The breakfast was amazing and the fresh pastel del nata was even better than what I’ve had in Portugal! 10/10 recommend ”

“Ample parking, easy to find. Rooms are separate to the pub. Large bedroom and bathroom. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Great breakfast served in the pub - delicious fresh fruit, pastries, meats, cheeses, fruit juice. Toast cooked to order. Hot breakfast available at an extra charge. Friendly staff, all really helpful. A great find.”
