  • Spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs apartment within walking distance of the beach!
    Vaulted ceilings, large deck with gas BBQ, private entrance and a fully equipped and recently remodeled kitchen.
    Located in the heart of Corona del Mar village, short walk to many restaurants and shops. Short drive to Fashion Island shopping mall, Pelican Hill Golf Course, Crystal Cove State Beach, Balboa Island and much more.
    A perfect Holiday spot for couples or families! Beach towels and beach chairs available for your use.

    There is also a separate 1 bedroom studio downstairs available that sleeps two. See VRBO listing # 739255.

    Also if you would like to visit Joshua Tree National Park during your visit, I have 2 - newly remodeled, 1 bedroom units, very near the Park and walking distance from downtown Joshua Tree- See VRBO Listing # 2482603 and # 2482040.

We spent 16 nights at Colleen's Villa del Mar and had a fantastic time - it really felt like a home away from home. The apartment was clean, spacious and beautifully set up - and the roof top patio/balcony area was a lovely bonus. Everything we needed was provided - a very well appointed kitchen with a supply of coffee & tea and even a basket full of snacks, a washer and a dryer, beach towels and chairs. Street parking was easy and Corona Del Mar is such a safe and delightful neighborhood. The location was excellent - so close to the beach (Big Corona beach with enormous waves and also Pirates Cove, which is great for swimming) and many restaurants and shops. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to Southern California!

100% location. The town is beautiful and the main home has charming curb appeal. The VRBO was exactly as described. The host left snacks, water, and samples in the bathroom, which was a nice. We hope to stay here again soon.

Fantastic location!!! Very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were nicely remodeled and very well supplied. The host thought of every possible amenity we could need.

Loved our stay at Villa Del Mar! It was perfect for our needs. Very clean! Host was very responsive. Street parking was easy - no problems. Lots of nearby restaurants to walk to. We didn’t use the washer and dryer this visit. Looking forward to the next time we can visit Villa Del Mar!!

This is an excellent place to stay. Has everything we needed and some extras. Location is ideal in a very nice neighborhood. Safe for walking anytime day or night. The manager really made us feel at home. I expect we will be back!

Colleen was a great host during my recent stay at her property - we had an issue with the grill and she was kind enough to let us use her personal grill - property was as advertised and the location was very convenient to the beach - would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking to get away and enough the summer beach weather

My daughter and I stayed here & everything was just right. Everything was exactly as described & pictured. The host Colleen was very pleasant and has really thought of everything anyone could need for a visit to CDM. The snacks and waters were a nice welcoming touch. We Loved our Stay

We really enjoyed our stay, the accomodations were lovely, she even left out some snacks for us. It was very quiet and we were very comfortable. There was a full kitchen, with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker microwave, all the pots, pans, glasses, cups and utensils. There was a patio and a barbeque. It was very close to the beach about a 2 minute drive. The beach was gorgeous. There were alot of fun dining places near by. Coleen was a great host. We definately would stay there again.
