Very nice for the price
The room was very quiet and parking was very convenient right outside the door. The floors were new hard surface floors. Very clean and modern. The bedding was new as well. Beds were made nicely. The bathroom is a little dated but acceptable for the price. The room was clean. We were also able to regulate the room temperature to our liking.

Pretty good
We stayed in Newport 1 night. The location was perfect, we felt very safe. The room itself was O.k. bed was comfy. The room was clean enough--if you move furniture to access outlets you'll see it's not deep cleaned. Floor felt like they swiffered it instead of a good vaccum and mop. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Would stay again for the price

The hotel was perfect for what we needed it for. We were only in Newport for one night for a family wedding. We really only needed a place to dress for the wedding and sleep for the night. This hotel was clean quiet and it seemed to be have been updated pretty recently. The lady at the front desk was friendly and kind and we immediately knew we had made the right decision with this hotel.

Minimum effort on behalf of owner to provide anything for guest. Coffee was supposed to be available in mornings, office not open before we left at 8pm.

No one works front desk at night, slept in car
There was no one at the front desk after 11pm when I went to check in. So if your flight gets delayed and you arrive after 11pm you will not be able to get to your room, I slept in my car ugh
