We paid for breakfast on expedia and when we checked in at 2am the front desk never gave us our voucher. We ordered breakfast in the morning and after we paid, the front desk gave us out voucher. Had to wait for a manager to void the check but was charged extra taxes that came with the breakfast bill. Front desk was only 1 person and she was very busy during check out. Room was good. Spacious. Someone had left a rubber seal on the floor. Love the water pressure and size of the bathroom. Overall, would come back again.

First let me say this hotel is is centrally located for many of the sights in the Ashville area. The hotel has s nice breakfast buffet or you can order off the menu for your morning fare. The restaurant on top was nice but does have a somewhat limited menu. Our room had double king beds, they were very comfortable and so were the pillows. One complaint I had was that there was not another mirror over the dresser so that we were not walking over each other in the bathroom.

This is a fantastic location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was beautiful and the coffee (jammy vibrant chocolate) outstanding! We will definitely return.

Service was amazing

Major positives: Clean, nice dog walking area, free EV charging. Main negative: front desk -- a couple of the staff were misinformed and acted like interacting with guests was beneath them.
