Great . Will stay again

We didn't realized this place is under construction/renovation at the time we visited. I came in late around close to 11pm or so and said hi to the front desk clerk and she didn't acknowledged nor respond to my greeting. I said hi again and again but then there's still no response from her (she was on her phone)... Then she realized that I'm in front of her from her view against the glass window with the reflection of mine. And she said i startled her. Other than that, she customer service is ok. When going toward our assigned room, from the front lobby to the elevator to our room, most are covered with plastic linings on the carpet from the renovation i think, and inside the elevator's floor are partially ripped from the renovation work as well. The room we were in was with some minor spots of stains (dried blood or some sort), from the window curtains and from the bathroom's wall. The pillows are with a couple of long hair strings as well. Not to mention the surroundings of the premises are mostly accompanied with lots of dumped mattresses and old furniture and their main, front entrance are being blocked with yellow construction tapes (renovation work). Overall experience was ok. Nothing major to report other than the renovation work allover the premises. Oh, the room didn't have any iron/iron board for use, and asking them without any spare for use either. We might give it another shot (after the renovation work).

Everything you'd hope for. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and hotel cleaned and well maintained. Perfect downtown location. Totally happy with stay.

The room was amazing. Very unique, clean, had everything we needed, and comfortable. GREAT service and location. 10/10 would stay again!

Staff were upbeat and friendly, even with a fire alarm in the middle of the night!
