“Clean room, lovely staff, great location for getting to Download festival. Really good value for money. A few things to note - the reception is located in a different area of the campus to the accommodation. For the reception you want to navigate to the South entrance on Landcroft Lane and then take the first left. “Fabulous little place, in an idyllic location. Whilst the accommodation is basic, it is charming and has everything you need....including kitchen and bathroom facilities. The addition of horses, pigs, and chickens and ducks on site was a bonus, and being greeted by the farm dogs every day was lovely. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating (we had to change our dates at the last moment) and are really friendly. Definitely looking forward to staying again.”

“A characterful converted cow shed with roof beams, but decorated in a modern way with all you need, and a free jug of milk.The bed was comfortable, and there was a wet room shower.I could not see any way to open a window, which I would have liked, and the Wifi only worked in half the room, which I mentioned to the owner.We were welcomed and again had goodbye said to us as we left, which was friendly.We prefer a separate bed room as one of us gets up very early, but it was OK for one night.A……
