Property has an awesome rooftop and was clean my family is from America the only issue we had was getting the door code only because our phones had service issues which was easy to fix when we turned our phones into roaming we will definitely be revisiting this rooftop getaway

Great for 2 couples and a pullout if you need one. Loved the rooftop patio. Unfortunate for the host that previous occupants take all the toilet paper, dishwasher tabs etc with them when they leave and cleaners may have been unaware. Host was quick to remedy. We would stay again if available when in Niagara Falls.

Le condo est bien situé, à 10 minutes des attraits principales. Le logement est grand, récent et décoré au goût du jour. Le stationnement est gratuit. Il y a une épicerie à proximité. La terrasse sur le toit est très agréable. La propreté des lieux serait a améliorer dans l'ensemble. Nous n'avions pas de savon à vaisselle ou de savon a lave vaisselle. Et seulement 3 verres et 2 rouleaux de papier de toilette pour 4 personnes pour 3 nuits.

We had an amazing stay! This apartment was so close to Niagara Falls. It was so convenient for us and our kids! absolutely perfect.

The apartment is modern and very well located, close to the falls and shops. However, the cleanliness was disappointing: we found toilet paper behind the beds and on the floor, and the stove was greasy and dirty. There was no dishwasher soap, and the TV remote was never found. Also, communication with the host was poor

Very cute place...great location, very clean and lot of amenities that we didnt expect. The only small complaint we had is the a/c never got cold enough. Not sure if it was controlled externally by the landlord, but everytime we adjusted the thermostat it never seemed to stay at that temperature. But all in all, we would definitely stay here again.

Modern, clean apartment with everything you need.

The apartment is clean, modern, and all things that you would need for your stay. We stayed as 2 different couples and there was enough separation that we were able to have privacy when needed, and come together when needed. Location was great, lots of stores and restaurants around and a short drive to the falls. Rooftop deck is private and great bonus area.

Great family vacation spot

Affordable condo with short drive to downtown. Gives a basic place to stay. Appears to be in the midst of a rehab, towel racks not installed yet, touch ups still outstanding. Cosmetic, doesn't affect the stay. Average rental for a great price.

A visiting stay

We booked this basically as a place to sleep. We were in the area to visit family and friends. We found the living area a bit small for 4 adults. Property could use a little bit of extra care ie upstairs bathroom sink was running slow and we had to clean out the drain also toilet roll holder and door handle on shower door needs repairing, Also one of the dining chair back was broken. But all in all it meets all your needs, and it was clean.
