The staff were very helpful. Room was very clean, dated but clean. Unfortunately there is no room service or breakfast bar. The parking and finding the front entrance was very difficult. Drove around the block and down alleys trying to locate main entry. Parking was across the street but not very well marked. Once we found things and made adjustments it was good.

Para ser un hotel caro,apenas champú, acondicionador y una crema, nada de todo lo demás que ponen en estancias mucho mas baratas,nada de batas o chanqletas saltodecama, la comunicación del hotel con los taxis muy mal,perdi la reserva a un concierto pues estuve 45 minutos esperando y nunca llegó, solo te ponen 2 botellas de agua durante toda la estancia,la verdad muy ridículos para lo que pague,el desayuno normal y todo previamente preparado y ningun jugo natural, en fin en otros lugares me he hospedado en la misma firma y todo ha sido diferente, este hotel me decepcionó mucho
