Completely reniewed, this 65 square meter apartment is located in the heart of the lovely neighborhood Garibaldi / Port, with a 15 minutes walk to the beach through the old town and 100 meters from the tramway.

A spacious living room with full equipment (Smart tv, wifi, airconditioning, ...), small balcony towards the calm courtyard, one bathroom with wahing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven etc. and 2 bedrooms (queen size beds 160 cm)
Linen and towels are provided.
In the close neighborhood, you can find all commodities: restaurant, supermarket, chemistry, bakery, ...
From the apartment, you can discover all town by walk.
