Excellent stay! One of the few hotels in Nice with a well sized bathroom, bathtub, and a mattress that isn’t memory foam. The staff are exceptional - amazing above and beyond service. Really enjoyed our stay- second time here and will again in the future. Would recommend. Easy access to the beach and the train station.

Absolutely perfect stay. Fantastic location for walking around and a few minutes walk to the train station. The room was immaculate and perfect for a long weekend. All of the staff were fabulous, particularly the cheerful lady at breakfast. Breakfast was amazing too! We will be back, thank you.

Beautiful hotel, our room was very spacious with a huge bathroom including a standup shower and bathtub. Property was close proximity to the beach and main strip. Staff is onsite 24/7, friendly and helpful. We did not get to have breakfast at the hotel but always smelled wonderful when we passed by.

Our room was spacious, clean, well ventilated and comfortable with 3 openable windows. AC works great! Friendly and courteous staff. Frederica was very gracious and helpful. There were 4 parking spaces on the property so if you are arriving by car, you should reserve your parking space ahead of time. Convenient location, 20 minutes walk to old town. We will definitely stay here again. Wonderful stay overall.

Overall was a nice stay, but the first day our door didn’t closed properly, the staff was very helpful and resolved the issue, also there was no water for a few hours one day in the whole property because there was a fixing at the street but nobody informed the guests about it and at the checkout they wanted us to pay for a bottle of water we used to wash our teeth and faces that day.

The breakfast included was excellent. However the decor in the bedrooms is very dark. The Italian shower is a disaster as it floods the entire bathroom and the towels have to be used up drying up the bathroom. The front desk staff is very nonchalant and blasé. They don’t put themselves out for anyone.

The hotel is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of the beach, the train station, and the main shopping and dining areas of Nice. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the shower was fantastic—a big plus for me. The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Nice.

My stay was amazing . The room was gorgeous and the atmosphere was very quiet and serene. The hotel even had a very subtle calming fragrance once you walked in. I’ve decided that this will officially be my place to stay when I come back to Nice. It’s also within great walking distance to the train and promenade
