Located on the 2nd floor of a typical Niçois building (without an elevator), the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. You will be just 2 minutes from the two tram lines (Garibaldi stop) and a 5-minute walk from the port. An exceptional and modern living space: Upon arrival, you will be charmed by the quality of the materials and the bright living space offered by this apartment.
