"Fantastic location - dolphins swimming by in am, pelicans in pm, plenty of great outdoor furniture, direct access to a sweet little beach, kayak, SUPs (if you can brave getting across the wave break). We had a great time at this house. Bring your own life jackets.House is technically a 5BR, but there are 4BR upstairs, all with own bath, and a big office downstairs with adjacent full bath.Communication with management company was great, and they resolved a minor issue quickly even on a holiday week.House is grand and custom built on the property - but is showing its age a bit (peeling outdoor paint, etc). New and nicely appointed furniture, inside and outside, makes up for it so you don't have to worry about musty. Just expect a beauty who has aged a bit. "

"Beautiful! Booked for the outdoor spaces and was not disappointed. Wonderful property with beautiful plants and amenities. Gorgeous natural property to walk around. Loved the hot tub and the airstream was so fun. Very clean! (Passed the white sock test) Clean and comfortable. Beds were great. Couch very comfortable. We would absolutely love to stay here again!
