This is our second stay at the Cambridge location and it did not disappoint! The 2 bedroom suite which we got as a VIP perk upgrade was immaculate and fully equipped with everything we needed. The master bedroom was comfortable and we had a pretty view off of the balcony. Love the location, love the building and especially loved the suite! Great value and exceptional hospitality!

Excellent experience staying at 1 hotel. Very clean hotel and very attentive staff with easy communication via text. Loud neighbours partying in middle of night next door keeping us up but as soon as we notified the hotel staff they ensured the problem was resolved quickly.

"Best location for tourist. Clean and convenient. Room was great except found opened water bottle in the refrigerator. Customer service was very friendly but poor housekeeping management. Coffee machine is not working and I asked electronic kettle but nobody show up until check out."
