“The reception is open untill 3pm. Thats fine with me, unfortunately non functional self check-in process has totally ruined the first impression. The phone support was not very effective. I very much value the receptionist apologies. The property as such is very nice and rooms are comfortable, cozy and clean. Only objections would be insects in the shower. I will definitely be willing to come back. This is another example of lousy IT solution ruining work and efforts of the onsite hard working……

Its location is super convenient for getting around Berlin as it's round the corner from both S and U bahns. I stayed with my little dog and there were a few nice parks close by for walks. “廚房餐具很齊全，連洗碗機都有，缺點是油煙機出風口只用一張濾紙過濾，並沒有通風管往外抽，煮飯還是要開窗通風.路邊停車免費，但要早點到，飯店也提供停車位，但數量有限，是否收費，要問服務人員. 離地鐵公車也很近，附近也有大型超市可買食材.暖氣很給力，是地暖，浴室也有晾衣的暖氣架，總體95分，夏天來要看看有沒有冷氣，因為沒看到.”
