“Went to check in.
Staff asked for name then took key and took us to the room. Then left without any explanation or instructions. So poor communication when checking in. When checking in we stood at bar next to the radio which was very loud and I am deaf and couldn't hear or understand the staff.
Staff rushed to the room before we got to bottom of the stairs.
Stairs are very steep and wonky which is very dangerous but not good for people who are unsteady on their feet.

“Perfect stopover in Nairn just by the station. Wonderful hospitality and a very comfortable stay. We had to leave before breakfast was served and had a packed breakfast provided instead (thank you, Manuela!). A great way to end our trip to the Highlands.”

“This bed and breakfast is an absolute hidden gem. The room was beautifully presented with cute armchairs, good storage and comfortable beds. Helen was amazing - she provided tea and coffee in the room, her breakfast was absolutely divine and extremely well organised, and the location was within walking distance to the beach and the main town. A really exceptional option for anyone visiting Inverness, Culloden or the Clava Cairns.”
