"I must have had a newer room during my last stay, because the room I was in did show some wear and tear. The day I tried to use the ironing board, it fell apart on me. I called the front desk and reported it and maintenance brought a replacement right away. Also, I stayed four nights and chose not to have my room cleaned until the third day. When I did request the room to be cleaned it was not; they said they were down two housekeepers so it was not done. So, I just asked for extra towels."

"We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, quaint, and cozy, making it the perfect getaway for our family and dogs. The location was fantastic, just a short distance from the charming downtown area with its beautiful riverwalk and great little shops to explore. We really enjoyed the area and everything it had to offer. This was the perfect home away from home, and we would definitely stay again!"

"It was unique and charming. It had laundry, coffee bar, and a place to walk along the river. We did not like that the main outside door was broken. Also, it had 2 TVs but we had a difficult time getting them to work."

"This was the perfect place for a quick 2 night mini-honeymoon after our wedding. The grounds and River House were beautifully kept. We rented a little EV cart to explore and it was the best decision, we really loved roaming around through the woods and taking in the beautiful scenery. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, the staff was very kind and helpful. My only wish is that there were options onsite for dinner and drinks at the cute little bar, but I understand the demand is likely not high enough for a Sunday/Monday evening stay, so it makes sense. Highly recommend the Morris Estate, would love to come back and stay with a few other couples!"

"We stayed here for ND's home opener weekend and it was a great location! It is right by the train station if any of your group is coming in from out of town and it's about 20 minutes from ND. Our kids loved the pool table! The kitchen is spacious and the living room is great for hanging out. It was easy to find and very tidy. We will definitely consider staying again!"
