Property Summary  
Villa du Soleil is a modern and beautiful villa located in a quiet residential district of Nîmes, France. The property offers a well-kept garden of 600 square meters, including a wildlife garden and flowers. It features a heated kidney-shaped swimming pool with an alarm system and a pool house equipped with a fridge and a cooking stove. The villa also provides a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue area, and parking for up to four cars. Additionally, it offers amenities like Internet WiFi, making it an excellent choice for a vacation rental.  
  
Outdoors  
The villa boasts a stunning outdoor space, including a private, fenced garden spanning 600 square meters, complete with a wildlife garden and flowers. The highlight is the heated kidney-shaped swimming pool, measuring 15 x 5 meters with a depth of 150 - 160 cm, available seasonally from May 15 to October 15\. The pool area features an alarm system and a pool house with a fridge and cooking stove. Guests can relax on the 60-square-meter terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.

The well-known lake La Bouscarasse is 31 km away. Unit Layout  
You will be staying at "La Villa du Soleil", a 9-room villa spanning 250 square meters across two levels, with a south-facing position. The villa features an open dining room with a bathroom and a TV (flat screen), leading out to the terrace. The lounge area has an open-hearth fireplace and a TV (flat screen), also with access to the terrace. There is an office space and a large, interconnecting room with a double sofa bed, a hand basin, and a separate WC, providing access to the terrace, loggia, and swimming pool. One room is equipped with a French bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), a hand basin, a shower, and a TV (flat screen), leading out to the terrace and the swimming pool. The kitchen area includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table, bar, TV, and international TV channels. It also has a flat screen and an exit to the terrace. There is a separate shower/WC on this level. The upper floor, accessible by a spiral staircase, features an open gallery with sloping ceilings, housing a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and another open gallery with sloping ceilings, a double sofa bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), and a TV (flat screen). Additionally, there are two rooms, each with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and a TV (flat screen). The bathrooms on this level include either a bath/WC or a shower/WC, with one featuring a hydro massage bath with a corner bath.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. It is equipped with electric heating and air conditioning for your convenience. The outdoor area features two large terraces, terrace furniture, electric barbecue, and deck chairs, providing a perfect space to relax and enjoy the view of the swimming pool and garden. Other facilities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, and hair dryers. Internet (WiFi) is available free of charge. Parking space is reserved for up to 4 cars. Please note that smoking is not allowed within the premises, and up to 2 small pets or dogs are permitted. A smoke alarm is installed for your safety. Additionally, one of the adjoining bedrooms has a toilet that can be completely closed off without being in the way and opens onto the kitchen and the outside, just an example of the thoughtful design.

The villa's location and design provide a modern and tasteful ambiance, with a maximum capacity of 12 guests across the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, making it suitable for families or groups.
