The accommodation is located on the first floor of a well-maintained complex with a pool and features several balconies and terraces with magnificent sea views.



The heart of the apartment is the open living, dining and kitchen area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine and large refrigerator. The spacious dining table offers space for up to ten people - ideal for shared meals after a day at the beach. In the living area, a comfortable corner sofa, satellite TV and WiFi ensure relaxed hours.



The apartment has six bedrooms and five bathrooms, four of which are en suite. Several rooms have access to private balconies with sea views – perfect for enjoying the first coffee outdoors in the morning. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes, bedside tables, and blackout options, allowing larger groups to live comfortably and undisturbed.



The large main terrace offers sufficient space for all guests – with seating for up to ten people, sun loungers and parasols. Here you can enjoy peaceful evenings with a view of the sea and the surrounding landscape.



The equipment also includes air conditioning, bed linen, towels and a private parking space directly at the house. A communal freshwater pool is available on the fully enclosed property. A grill can be used by arrangement.



The sea is only about 10 metres away, while the nearest sandy beach is around 500 metres accessible. Restaurants, cafés, supermarket and bakery are located in the immediate vicinity – all conveniently within walking distance.



For boat owners, a boat mooring is available directly in front of the house upon request. Please note that additional fees may apply.
