This charming holiday apartment in Zaton near Zadar is an ideal accommodation for couples or small families who want to spend a relaxed holiday on the Croatian Adriatic coast. The apartment combines compact, comfortable facilities with a quiet location near the beach and at the same time offers an excellent starting point for exploring the region around Zadar.   
  
With a living space of approximately 35 m², the holiday apartment offers space for up to 2 adults and 1 child. Through the well-thought-out room layout, a pleasant and cosy atmosphere is created, which is particularly suitable for couples or small families.   
  
Comfortable facilities for a relaxed stay   
  
The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and has:   
  
A bedroom with a double bed   
  
an additional sofa bed in the living area   
  
a bathroom with a shower   
  
an open-plan kitchen   
  
The open kitchen is functionally equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering during your holiday. This includes an electric cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and complete cooking and dining crockery.   
  
For additional comfort, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, and central heating are available, ensuring the apartment can be comfortably used during both warm summer months and the cooler season. Bedding and towels are provided and are regularly changed.   
  
Heated pool and private parking   
  
Guests have access to a communal, heated swimming pool that is open during the season and ensures pleasant bathing temperatures in the pre- and post-season. The pool area offers a welcome cooling on warm summer days and invites relaxation.   
  
For guests arriving by car, a private car park is available directly at the house.   
  
Beach and Surroundings   
  
The accommodation is located in the popular holiday destination Zaton, which is particularly known for its family-friendly sandy and pebble beaches. The sea and the beach are conveniently accessible, allowing you to spontaneously spend the day by the water.   
  
In the surrounding area, there are also restaurants, cafés, small shops and shopping opportunities that will make your stay pleasant and uncomplicated.   
  
Just a few kilometres away lies the historic city of Zadar, one of the most beautiful cities on the Dalmatian coast. There, you will find attractions such as the famous Sea Organ, the installation "Greeting to the Sun", historic churches, Roman structures, as well as numerous restaurants and bars.
