With 80 m² of living space, the apartment offers a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, and a spacious living room with two sofa beds. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area invites shared meals, while you enjoy the sea view and relaxed sunny hours on the 20 m² southwest terrace. Air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV, and a communal washing machine provide additional comfort. Pets are welcome by arrangement, and a baby bed or high chair are available upon request.   
  
The apartment is located in a modern villa on a well-maintained 900 m² plot with a beautiful garden, pool, sunbathing lawn, sun terrace, outdoor shower, and children's playground. Restaurants, cafés, and shopping opportunities can be conveniently reached on foot, so the car is hardly necessary during your stay. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Jelena ist ein Engel und war für alle Fragen immer da. Der Punkt Abzug ist dem leider sehr schlechten WLAN geschuldet. Aber insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft die mit viel Liebe geführt wird.
