Overall, it was a decent stay, but there were a few things you should know before booking.➕ The Pros:Great room: To my surprise, the room was very clean, neat, and spacious since it is actually two connecting rooms.Friendly staff: The hotel team was super helpful and welcoming.Good location: It’s located down an alley, but it’s still very convenient—just a short walk and a street cross to get to the beach.➖ The Cons:Dated lobby & smell: The hotel looks a bit old when you first walk in, and the old carpets have a bit of a smell.Slow elevator: Only one elevator goes up to the 29th floor, so the wait time is long. I usually took the other elevator to the 28th floor and walked up the stairs to save time.Small pool: The swimming pool is quite small, so my family didn't use it.Disappointing view: On Expedia, the photos showed a wide, panoramic ocean view from both rooms. However, our view was mostly blocked by a building in front. It felt more like a partial view than a real ocean view.💡 Quick Tip: If you book the Family Ocean View room, make sure to message the hotel ahead of time and ask them to avoid rooms 4 and 5."
