“到达和离开时的酒店前台人员很好，但是，酒店的整体服务有所欠缺。到的那一天是周六，晚上酒店的餐厅举行音乐晚会，一直闹到12点。根本无法入睡，给酒店前台打电话，值班的不懂英语。为什么酒店不考虑酒店客人的休息需要，只顾自己的快乐。再有，酒店餐厅的服务较差，每次都多收钱，因为多收的不算多，也就没有认真计较；但是确实令人不爽。”
