“It wasn’t bad but it definitely wasn’t great. Overpriced for the area and overall building condition. Elevators out of order. Surroundings area has a lot of shrubbery resulting in an onslaught of mosquitos. No pool. No common areas to relax. No Security. There is absolutely nothing on the surrounding area other than a 7-11. Getting a taxi can be a daunting task. 20 minutes outside of the city. Not recommended for the price.”

“Have a better choice on service apartment in same price level. This hotel significantly below Mariott standard.
Staff not well trained.
Take the shoes on for house keeping. Restaurant staff focus on team briefing, not alert customer order taking when the restaurant is empty. Collect the plate and the knift fall on my foot.
Very frustrated breakfast, restaurant is small and much fewer option compare to other Marriott hotel.

"The good: nice room, concierge staff
The bad: The reception staff are not very friendly, except for one male staff member. A bit far from BTS. Buffet breakfast can be improved, except for the egg station. The friendly lady cooks an amazing omelette. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, and toiletries weren't replenished"
