The all inclusive package is a must. The dinner onste was excellent.breakfast lunch and diner with several choices to choose from. The choices were switched everyday which was a great thing. A reservation had to be made for The 4 restaurants on location which were pretty much booked every day however i was able to reserve 2 out of the 4 and the manager of the hotel made some special requests for the hibachi restaurant after i told him it was my mom's birthday. Italian restaurant great seafood restaurant good hibachi no good as far as the food goes. Complaints... hotel gave me 2 different rooms for my family with 1 King bed in each room. I requested 2 queen beds in each room beforehand and was told booking through travel agencies does not guarantee your selected beds. Spoke with the manager (not the restaurant hook up guy) another manager which assured me that if i used 2 cots in the rooms for the night, she would switch the room the next day. The next day no available rooms with 2 beds which lead to another promise of the room switch the following day. After 2 days with the wrong room they tried to say no available rooms again so i had to show my dissatisfaction. They finally rectified the rooms however both rooms were on opposite sides of the hotel. Building 1 and building 2 which is a distanceeee away. Overall rating would have been a 9 out of 10 but I'm goving a strong 8 out of 10.. i would go again, id just call to situate my room request before hand.
