“This is a beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional however the food is not good. I do not recommend the all inclusive at all bc it’s not worth it for the money when you can get better food locally.”

“This was our 5th time staying here. It’s not the fanciest but we love the location, the pools and the beach. We never do all inclusive because there are so many amazing restaurants on the island. The staff was very nice except there’s a rude kid at the towel place by sea tower. I’m not sure why you can only have one towel. You put one down to sit on because the beach chairs are not the most comfortable it gets soaked and you have nothing to dry yourself with! For some reason, our room was only……

“Rooms seemed a bit dated, but being right off the beach and right across from food and entertainment was perfect. Rooms around us were smoking what seemed to be everything, and it fed into our room, but not a hotels fault. Overall, excellent, but be prepared to pay the extra $600 in fees when arriving. If unaware it can cut into budgets pretty heavily.”
