We had a great time. We went with the Elite package. The room, our pool and lounge was a great perk. Breakfast was great, lunch was good. Dinner was not great. The Italian restaurant was good. The steak house and elite club were just ok. The Arabian restaurant was poor. Lots of snacks and drinks in the room. The bar service was very good at all locations. Exceptional at the private pool and private bar.

The Riu Antillas was absolutely amazing. The scenery and location was perfect. The service was great. I got the Jr. Sunset Suite that had a beautiful view of the ocean and we saw a few Aruba sunsets. Overall the experience was fantastic and can't wait to go back!

This was our 5th visit, and were pleasantly surprised that the issues identified a couple of years ago had been rectified. The resort was very clean, the quality of food had improved substantially, and the overall experience was wonderful! We were especially excited to learn that we had been awarded "elite status", and were given an absolutely exceptional room with an ocean front view. The staff at this resort are, hands down, the BEST. There are quite a few tenured team members who not only provided exceptional service, but remembered us from previous visits, even though they come into contact with thousands of visitors each year. They truly make you feel as though you are part of their family!

The RIU Antilles exceeded my expectations. It’s been renovated with up-to-date bathroom and shower. Smart TV, up-to-date furniture. The lobby was amazing. The pool area is beautiful and it’s just steps from the beach. All of the restaurants were amazing. I loved the coffee cafe. The staff were THE BEST!! Definitely going back!
