Overall, this was a good stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and had a view of downtown. The convenience of taking the walkway to Providence Place was very helpful and our dining experience Fleming’s was fantastic. Valet parking was super convenient considering it dropped to the mid 20’s in temperature.
Where it fell short: The room seemed a bit dated, with faded wallpaper peeling in the corners and chips of paint missing on the ceiling. The bathroom was very spacious, but the toilet kept belching out water in a loud gurgling noise every 10 minutes or so, and left water on the floor.
There is quite a bit of dirty, tired carpeting in the building, including our room. The staff at Fleur became rude once the bill was paid (and it was not free breakfast as listed in the Expedia package).
All in all, it was a good stay, but could have been better. Will be interested in staying again.
