Right next to it, a comfortable sleeper sofa with spring-core padding provides additional space for relaxing or sleeping.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a cozy box-spring bed—your haven of peace after a day at the beach and in the sea. In the modern bathroom, you’ll find an easy-to-clean walk-in shower, a toilet, a spacious sink, and a practical magnifying mirror—everything you need. A hair dryer rounds out the bathroom amenities.

Free Wi-Fi and two flat-screen TVs (in the living area and bedroom) provide entertainment, plus there’s a shared washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board in the hallway—perfect for longer stays or spontaneous laundry sessions in between.

Each apartment has a unique layout and is lovingly furnished—ranging from cozy and compact to spacious and family-friendly., Whether with a private entrance, a balcony, or a two-story maisonette layout: Everyone will find their perfect vacation home here. Sizes range from approximately 30 m² to 46 m², ideal for couples and families.

All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, and coffee maker. High-quality box-spring beds ensure a restful night’s sleep, while cozy spring-core sleeper sofas provide additional space to relax or spend the night. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as Wi-Fi and at least one flat-screen TV, are, of course, included.

The building also provides a shared washing machine, dryer, and ironing set for your use. We’ve even thought of the little ones: a crib is available upon request. Dogs are also welcome in some apartments—please just ask in advance.
