  • This exceptionally beautiful apartment is located in an exclusive house right by the sea. From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful sea view and wonderful sunsets. The spacious and bright living room is cozy and stylish with Frisian charm. Already at breakfast at the large dining table you can see the sea and the passing fishing boats. The fully equipped kitchenette also has a dishwasher.
    The apartment is equipped for 4 people and is best suited for a family vacation with children. In addition to the double bedroom you will find another small bedroom with a loft bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin. Towels and bed linen can be provided on request. Another small room is available for storage space. A washer and dryer are in separate rooms.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung. Dieses Mal durften wir mit unserem Sohn hier Urlaub machen. Die Vorabsprachen liefen reibungslos und wir durften auch schon eher in die Wohnung, was es für uns mit dem Kleinen deutlich entspannter, wofür wir sehr sehr dankbar waren.Die Wohnung selber war wieder super und wir haben uns wunderbar erholt, bei perfektem Ausblick.Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Besonders gefallen hat uns die city- und strandnahe Lage der FeWo an der Kaiserwiese mit großartigem Panoramablick auf die Promenade und das Meer. Ein Highlight waren die Sonnenuntergänge am späten Abend, die wir sowohl vom Balkon aus als auch aus der Wohnung genießen konnten.Beschwerlich für uns ältere Herrschaften war das Überwinden der Treppenstufen im Eingangsbereich des Hauses bis zum Aufzug; vor allem mit unseren Rollatoren und Einkäufen.Zu bemängeln war ferner, dass sich die Balkontür nicht problemlos bedienen ließ. Das Scharnier-Gestänge blockierte des Öfteren. So konnten wir die Tür an einem Abend nicht vollständig schließen. Sie stand nachts bei windigem und kühlem Wetter einen Spalt offen. Am nächsten Morgen war die Wohnung ausgekühlt.Erheblich gestört und genervt hat uns auch der von verschiedenen (Bau-)Handwerkern bei Renovierungsarbeiten innerhalb des Gebäudes verursachte Baulärm währen des gesamten dreiwöchigen Aufenthalts. Der Erholungswert wurde dadurch geschmälert.

Wir hatten die Wohnugn für meine Eltern (mitte 80zig) angemietet. Die Wohnung war für meine Eltern perfekt. Großzügig, direkter Meerblick vom Balkon, Aufzug, ein ruhiges Haus. Bei der Ausstattung fehlte es an nichts! Unseren Dank und zu jeder Zeit wieder!

Tolle Wohnung

Von der Buchung bis zum Verlassen der Wohnung hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Schon beim Ankommen sind wir wahrhaft im Urlaub angekommen. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Traumhaft ist der Ausblick, den man wunderbar auf dem Balkon genießen kann.

Wir kennen die Wohnung seit Jahren und haben uns, wie immer, sehr wohlgefühlt. ... eine kleine Anregung vielleicht doch... Gemütliche Wohnung, traumhafte Aussicht!!
