"House was perfect for our group of 18. Norris Lake is beautiful and this house was a fun comfortable place to stay!"

"It was just ok. List of issues and inconveniences include: communication with the host was unreliable, a horrible smell the whole stay and asked to check it out but no one to assist on the weekend, hot water tank not plugged in, and toilet seat was falling off. The place was listed as brand new and I want to believe it was but a few things made me question that. Our sheets in one of the bunks were very rough and not soft. The living room with one television could have used another small sofa since we had six of us there. We enjoyed the marina and staff which was a plus but it didn’t seem as if anyone knew what was going on. "

"The house was perfect! We had 6 adults and 4 teenage children. There was plenty of room to spread out. All 10 of us enjoyed family dinners on the outdoor deck and watched a movie on the outdoor television. We played lots of games on the lower deck. The kids loved jumping off of the 2-story dock. The hot tub was immaculate. The kitchen is well equipped for any type of dinner you would like to make. The owner, Steve, was easy to reach and went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful stay!"

"The young girl at the front desk was very nice. My family was in town for a funeral and she was very kind to my parents and the rest of our family as well. I forget her name but I believe she said she was from Buffalo and just started working there. Please pass along my appreciation for her kindness. "

"Overall the place was nice, we had 10 of us, 3 adults and 7 kids, plenty of room. The kitchen was a little small for preparing meals for the large group. The home needs just a little love in a few places to get that 5th star. Shades need redone on the porch, the porch is missing lights/ceiling fans. There is a bunch of blow up lake items they should either clean or toss and only one Kayak is safe to use, the others took on water. The marina is nice, has what you need, the staff was friendly and overall we had a great time for our first time at Norris. We hope to be back in the future!"

"We rented this house for a family reunion at Norris and it worked perfectly! Clean, spacious, lots of outdoor space! Plenty of boat parking and we love the Whitman Hollow Marina and Froggies Bar! Kids loved jumping off the 2 story dock! We will definitely rent here again in the future! Thanks Adam for the hospitality! "

"We have stayed here 2 years now and are coming back next year for a 3rd. We love the beauty of the house and dock and the access to the water. It's the perfect place for a lake vacation. And we would know....this was our 35th annual trip!"

"Very nice hotel out in a pretty rural area. Nice pool. I was in a newly upgraded room which was nice. My only suggestion for improvement is the toilet is very, very low, for older people that’s difficult and no handrails or pull bars. Other wise great. "
