The kindest most hospitable staffs I have seen. Always checking in to see if there was anything else needed. Spotless place with all the modern amenities. Brand new kitchen setup with stove, microwave, dish washer, sink, fridge, ect. Perfectly clean bathroom with very hotwater. Bedroom has nice comfortable mattress with white beddings. Most of all, this is a great example of French hospitality while experiencing European castle like living.

Stayed two nights with two kids. Pool area was great. Didn't feel packed. Needed a reservation for dinner at the hotel restaurant, but dinner choices were excellent. Staff were all helpful. Rooms did get a bit warm and we were there when it was slightly cooler out, but windows could open adequately enough to get a breeze. It's a bit remote, which we read in another review so we expected that, but can feel a little isolating. The little town is great.

Lovely accommodations. The AC is the window fan which is the only downside. Other than that, the property is ideal for a stay in Deauville

The apartment and hotel in general exceeded our expectations and were a good value. Great location on the beach. We used the heated indoor pool amost every day. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to find and easy parking.

I was a wee bit weary after booking this stay and reading through dozens of reviews. I'm glad I didn't cancel based on what some people had to say.. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and it was easy to settle in. Like a home away from home. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment/townhome, and thus far in all of my travels, I have to say it was the nicest aparthotel we've booked! These are condo units used as hotel rooms. Great value and spacious room. Overlooks a big stream or small river. The area is rural, about 15 minutes from a small town.

Outdoor pool is heated. Property is right next to ocean and easy to walk to local restaurants. Note that you should make reservations in advance for the local restaurants as they are small and can be full.

Super séjour à 2. Facilité de stationnement aux alentours de l’hôtel. Pratique pour rejoindre à pied l’intramuros si on aime marcher (environ 20min). La piscine est très petite mais peu servir pour rafraîchir les enfants. La plage est à 10min de marche. Et St Malo est une ville magnifique ! Attention il y a des travaux juste en face de l’hôtel et les chambres ne sont pas très bien isolées donc c’est un peu bruyant. Apartment is stated to be for 6 but it is comfortable to 2 adults and 2 kids max. Otherwise, very quite location near to everything. Beach, couple of local restaurants, fish market, small villages. Perfect for those tired of big city noises. The management knows little of hotels.com and its commitments. We arrived on Sunday and they couldn't see our reservation until Monday. No daily cleaning service and no promised balcony.

We wanted a hassle free place on our first night in France with a rental car from CDG in Paris. This hotel met the criteria. Easy parking and a short drive from CDG. Excellent nights sleep here and it was a good springboard for our trip.
