This renovated North Bend nook provides the perfect home base for experiencing the best of the Southern Oregon Coast. Steep yourself in small-town charm while strolling along North Bend's waterfront boardwalk or spend your days on the water with easy access to the Coos River and the Pacific. The Oregon Dunes OHV Horsefall Area is just over five miles up the road. Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is less than 25 miles down US 101.

The condo features a split-level layout with bedrooms upstairs for added privacy. The renovated interior comes fully furnished and thoughtfully appointed for modern comfort. A small back porch offers a covered spot for morning coffee or a nightcap and also includes a gas grill if you come home with a fresh haul of fish, clams, or crab. The stainless steel full kitchen is ready and equipped to handle any other mealtime needs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
