The staff were super friendly. The room was small but it was clean and quiet. The bed is a bit harder than I like, but my husband didn't mind it.

⚠️ BEWARE — I would not recommend this hotel. I was charged for two separate bookings, even though I only booked one room for two days. Somehow, I ended up being charged for four days total. I tried repeatedly to explain to both Expedia and the hotel front desk that there had been a booking mistake, but neither was willing to help resolve the issue. I was told that both the manager and the supervisor are currently on vacation and won’t be back until sometime next week, and apparently there was nobody else available who could help me. That is completely unacceptable when a customer is dealing with a serious billing issue. The front desk staff were extremely rude and dismissive when I was simply trying to explain the situation and that I could not afford to be charged twice for a booking I never intended to make. On top of the billing issue, the remote control in my room didn’t work, and when I asked the front desk for help, nothing was done about it. Mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. I expected someone to listen, investigate the charges, and try to help resolve the problem. Instead, I was left feeling completely helpless and frustrated. I strongly recommend checking your reservation and charges carefully before staying here. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not stay here again.
