"I stayed there for a business trip, and I needed a certificate of stay which is in the format of my University's own, and it needed the staff to write in their own hands, and a rubber stamp for the name of the accommodation. The staff refused me claiming that they can only stamp on their own documents. This is the first time ever I've been refused with such unbelievable reasons. "The hotel was absolutely lovely and in such a great location! It’s around an hour’s walk to the Forbidden City and 45 minutes to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street, making it a great base for exploring Beijing. The room was cleverly laid out to maximise storage space, the bed was super cosy, and I really appreciated the utensils provided. There’s also a Starbucks downstairs for your morning coffee, although the Parisian bakery just a couple of minutes down the road is well worth a visit! There’s also a 7-Eleven nearby, which is really handy for picking up any essentials. The real star of the show, however, was definitely the pool overlooking the skyline, absolutely gorgeous at night and such a highlight of our stay! Would definitely recommend."
