"The host put a lot of thought into the space, with a cute gift of local maple syrup, a binder full of nearby things to do and restaurants, and overall the space was clean and well maintained. Nice historic location, we had fun walking around the town. This was a fun stay as we drove up for the solar eclipse and drove to our viewing area the next morning. Minus 1 star, because though the home did appear clean, there did seem to be a kitchen mouse. Made the property owner aware of this issue."

"Cottage was very clean and stocked with basic essentials. Owner was very responsive to our texts and communicated well. Great view of lake from cabin. We had a wonderful stay and hope to go back some day."

"Property was just the right size for us. We didn't need anything fancy. It was clean, safe, easy to find. Owner extremely responsive re: two issues we had (how to lock house and figuring out wifi). Appreciated the kitchen staples, amount of towels. Only one suggestion: Bathmats for shower - non-slip in tub and absorbent one out of tub. "

"Our family had a wonderful week at Camp Happy! Everything we needed was there. Outside, we spent the days using the SUPs, kayaks, Lily Pad float. We relaxed on the deck for countless hours, along with the other lounging areas. There was ample room at the docks for our boat rental and fishing. I do want to note that if old, the many steps from the house are steep. My 83 year old mom managed them fine, but we usually helped her. She really loved sitting up on the deck overseeing the activities...

"This house has gorgeous views and a clean and tasteful interior. We found it even more beautiful than the pictures. There is a fully equipped kitchen and the beds are all very comfortable. You have to get in your car to go for a hike because it is off a main road, but that is the only downside. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. "
