“Terrible smell, couldn’t get TV to work, select kitchen over flowing with plates and pots, dirty air fryer, rusted tub, dirty walls, no bath or kitchen towels, toilet paper and a few paper towels and dish soap w/ dirty sponge provided, left with asthma and congestion.”

“I was so amazed at how effectively they utilized a smallish space to seem huge. It was so well laid out and in such a great location. The check in process was super smooth and the host was so communicative. And don't get me started on the location! Walkable to downtown and the water without being right in the mox of things and too busy - the perfect balance!! I highly recommend this place.”

“We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit called, "Turtle Cove" which was great. The unit was very clean and modern. The location really can't be beat; an easy walk over the bridge to Hampton Beach NH. Our family only wants to rent for long weekends and that is impossible to find in Seabrook Beach, NH. We had a truly wonderful long weekend beach get-away and will be back again soon.”

“Very clean and new basement apartment with its own entrance. There are lots of amenities not commonly found in other rentals: personal hygiene, high quality soaps and haircare items. Location was good to walk to some local restaurants and bars. The owners live upstairs but give you plenty of privacy. It is in a nice and quiet area. No complaints, if a larger bed would fit that would be ideal but i understand space is limited. There was some pitter parter of small feet above at times but nothing……

“This is a charming, cozy unit in a renovated historic hotel. The room was very pretty, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location was great. Right across the street from the beach and at the beginning of the boardwalk. Because of its location towards the building’s back, it was quiet.Communication was excellent. My questions were answered immediately. Highly recommend.”
