“The host contacted us confirming they were not available to meet us due to travel, check in details were clear and easy to follow, unfortunately the outside cooking facility's had not been cleaned since the last guest so were unusable, the unit was clean and tidy but a kitchen sauce left in the unit had mould in the jar, this unfortunately soured our view and put us off eating at the unit. “The room was awful! Had over 500 ants, dirty, wet with rain water coming in to the room.
We complained to you and the owner.
He agreed to move us but charged us more than twice the rate for the room.
It was very unhealthy to stay there.
I would like to make an official complaint with you all as it was a shed changed to a room and just not a bedroom. No tables, closet or anything.
Absolutely awful!! Disappointed that you could not do anything to help us and we were forced to stay there for one...
