Close to restaurants, fast food, shopping, grocery stores, and Robert Edge Pkwy! This 1st-floor end unit condo is near the Intracoastal Waterway and located in NMB in a safe and quiet gated community. The condo is a 2 bed, 2 bath with AC, W/D, D/W, 2 pools w/hot tub that sleeps 7! There are 3 beds and a pull-out couch. Unit is fully stocked and ready for your stay! * *Quiet hours per HOA are 11 pm - 7am. *Motorcycles are permitted in the community however please be mindful of excessive noise as this is not allowed. *The condo is close to the front gate and within walking distance of the pools. *Just bring your suitcase and come relax!
***Please note there is 1 security camera placed outside the front door to keep the property safe. *Service animals are allowed upon request. *No smoking in property and no parties! *Golf carts are not allowed in community per HOA rules. Sorry for the inconvenience. Any questions please inquire!

Check in was made very easy with communication from the owner. The community in which the condo was located was very clean and nice. The condo accommodations made it very nice for me and my family of 6 to enjoy the beach and activities of Myrtle beach.
