Centrally located "just" across the street from the Atlantic coast, "just" a block away from Ocean Drive & "just" 1.5 miles from Cherry Grove pier will have y'all asking why did we not "just" stay there!?!? Prices are for families only. We do rent to student groups. PRICING LISTED IS FOR FAMILIES ONLY. If you are a student group (not a family), send an inquiry so we can match you with the proper unit to sleep your group and work with you on pricing. We will be happy to discuss the reasons why student group pricing is different than family pricing. Sunsplash sleeps up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms and on a sofa sleeper, has 2 bathrooms, laundry access on the property, and is steps from the ocean. Why would you want to pack the car up each day for the beach, drive a few blocks from your vacation home, look for an empty spot at beach access & pay to park?? Avoid the hassle and "Just" stay with us where you can park your cars for free & WALK across the street to the ocean or to Ocean Drive! There are 6 units on this property. This listing is for one unit. Everyone asks why we do we not provide linens? The answer is simple we would rather offer YOU our valued customers lower rates to allow you and your loved ones more fun money :) Instead of adding random admin fees and laundry we "just" pass the savings right on to you! We are more than happy to rent them to you $25 a bed. Please let me know 30 days prior to check in if you would like to do so. After booking a signed rental agreement and pic of ID are required to be emailed to us within 7 days of booking. Property owners require the image of rental agreement & ID to be sent back within 7 days of booking. I will send it to you as a pdf right after booking :) Check in is 4PM Check out is 10 AM. Please do not attempt to enter your rental until 4PM . All of the properties are professionally sanitized and we need time to prepare your unit properly. Groups consisting of primary booker under the age of 21, will be required to email a parent signed responsibility form and pic of parents ID. EMAIL AN INQUIRY IF YOU ARE A STUDENT GROUP. Accidental Damage insurance is required $59 and $200 cleaning fee which are already included in your inquiry price :) cleaning fee includes washing the bedding/spreads/mattress covers/pillow covers, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms and counting kitchen inventory/making sure it’s clean, and putting away clean dishes from the dishwasher. There will be additional charges for trash removal, washing dishes and furniture cleaning if needed. The property and each unit is Professionally sprayed once a month by an exterminator, you will see palmettos because they come in on people, beach chairs, towels and anything/anyone who has come from outside. Maintenance Dept. is available from 10AM-5PM and after that for emergencies. Noise in building should not be heard outside of your unit after 11 p.m. You will receive 2 parking passes. Main Street is 2 blocks away with ice cream, hotdogs, candy, gift shops, restaurants, bars, beach stores, grocery stores, a convenience store, ABC store, and a pancake house and Eggs Up Grill. There's a local made beach cruiser shop (Beach Town Bicycles) just off Main as well as surfboard rentals at Trunkplayer Surf Shop. Your unit comes with 2 beach chairs to borrow, and a fun jumbo sized checker-board game. There is a picnic table and charcoal grill on the property as well. There is also an outdoor shower. I feel that the place would have been very cramped for 8 people but was comfortable for our family of 5\. We had great neighbors in the unit next to us and overall the place quiet. The surrounding buildings had a few louder tenants but it wasn’t constant. We had a bit of a mix up with our check-in but it was promptly fixed with a phone call. We had already called the managers and let them know. They communicated us where to get the key, which was right where they said, and then we were off. As we arrived, we were disappointed because it appeared there was a dorm party on the ground floor, there was loud music, lot of cursing... .Just not the family experience I was expecting. The parking was not enjoyable because of all the cars at the downstairs apartments, so unloading a midsize SUV was a task. Nevertheless, when we arrived the only complaint my wife had was there was no live TV and there wasn't a TV in the bedrooms. To me this was perfect. On the second day, we noticed the coffee maker was broken. I messaged the manager, who told me they would get right on it. No more than a couple hours we had new coffee maker. The A/C was great and the water was hot... Hard to ask for much more when on the road in the summer in South Carolina (Hot and Sweaty!) All in all, by the time we left this morning, we thought the property was pretty good. It was definitely better than what we expected the week would be after arriving Sunday night. ##### Anthony D. Aug 1, 2021 Liked: Check-in, communication, location #### Close to the beach is a plus The proximity to the beach is the best characteristic of this property, you can get to the ocean within three minutes or less. It should not be listed as sleeps 8 as the unit is very small. Is hard to keep 8 people in at once unless it is to sleep. Maintenance was friendly and really help me at check in since I did not have a car, they were kind enough to deliver the keys. It needs some TLC with the furniture, for the prize it was charged, there should be better maintained furniture and more cooking utensils.
